Darling’s Agency has an immediate opening for a Personal Insurance Account Manager for our growing family-owned insurance agency. If you are currently licensed in Property and Casualty in the State of Maine and you are looking to join a great team in a supportive environment, this may be just the right opportunity for you!

Qualification Requirements:
  • Maine licensure, licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Candidates must be self-motivated
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts, inclusive of preparing applications to market new and renewal business
  • Addressing all service and billing requests with clients, underwriters, or brokers
  • Complete account reviews on existing clients to determine if additional insurance should be solicited
  • Actively solicit additional coverage opportunities through rounding existing accounts
  • Provide prompt, efficient and high quality service to customers
